COVID-19 - Worldwide Shipping
Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing longer shipping times than expected. This is particularly true for parcels travelling to Poland and Europe Zone 1 + 2 countries.
Shipping can be expected to take 30-60 + days, we are upgrading all parcels to travel via USPS express to help speed this process up. Please keep this in mind.
All FULL PRICED items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit as per our TRY ON POLICY. Sale and Promotional orders are eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Please read more on our TRY ON POLICY below.
To make a return please use the returns form included in your order.
Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All sample sale items are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
TRY ON POLICY
All items purchased on Rue Stiic are now valid for our TRY ON POLICY. This enables customers to now purchase up to 700USD of FULL PRICED items from Rue Stiic Online and send back the pieces that didn't work out for a refund.
Simply purchase up to 700USD from Rue Stiic Online of FULL PRICED items, try on our wonderful pieces, and request a return for the styles that weren't quite right within 7 days of receiving them.
FULL PRICED pieces that are posted back to us unworn within 7 days of receiving them are eligible for a refund. (Item must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order, any items posted outside of this timeframe will be rejected)
Full-priced items purchased with a welcome code are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods.
Please note when requesting a refund, a $10 fee will be deducted from your return total, for any orders that received FREE SHIPPING (This is the cost of shipping the item/s out to you).
Promotional and Sale items are eligible for the TRY ON POLICY, however will be accepted for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT only (this includes discount codes with the exception of welcome codes)
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
All refunds will be given once the goods have been received back at our office and examined. Refunds will account for goods purchased only. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Orders placed over 700 USD are NOT valid for our TRY ON POLICY, a credit note will instead be issued should you wish to return any items.
Rue Stiic has the right to decline the return if the item/s has/have not been received in the original condition. Item/s that have been worn or are damaged or altered due to not following product care guidelines will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Item/s must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). Unless the product is faulty, in which case please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at email@example.com include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email. Please return the item in a sanitary condition. If the item is faulty, the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
Store credits will never expire and can be used on anything online, including sale items. Store credits cannot be used together with other discount codes on our system, if you are wanting to use your credit note with another discount code please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help you manually process your order.
PROMOTIONAL CODES Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for an online store credit or exchange.
WELCOME CODE Full-priced items purchased with a welcome code are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods. Sale items purchased with a welcome code are eligible for the same returns policy as sale items.
Faulty goods All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at email@example.com, and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email. The Customer Care Team will respond as soon as possible with a solution.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or a fault arrises due to production after use. Items that are damaged as a result of not following care instructions are not considered to be faulty.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you refuse a shipment from Rue Stiic or your package is returned from customs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rue Stiic. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
All of our pieces are soft washed and hot washed as part of the manufacturing process. This prevents shrinkage for your future washes. Never hot wash or use a tumble dryer for your Rue Stiic pieces.
Our raw hems are made with the intention to fray and soften with each wash. Simply trim the threads to your liking. All raw hems are security stitched so need to worry about losing length.
We want you to be sure of what you are buying. If you require any further information on any of our products (e.g. measurements, advice on how the item fits, or what to match an item with to create a perfect outfit) simply send us an email and we will reply within 1 day.
